Going higher depends if you want to use Mobirise 5 or Glass M5 themes. In my opinion 5.0.29 is without doubt the most stable release of v5. Maybe its hidden away in some words somewhere i'm not aware of. If they say no to you, i'd ask to see the section in the EULA or other T&C's that prevent you doing it. I don't think they want people to be able to easily get hold of older versions as their business model is all about making people being the latest version and renewing their subscriptions each year. It would cost less than $10 per month if they used a 3rd party hosting company if they were short on space themselves! I think there is more to the issue than space availability. An they must be making enough money to afford a few hundred MB of storage space. The proper solution in my opinion is for MR to have a page with links to older versions. The MR builder software itself is free (and they actively promote it as being free!), it is the extensions you pay for, so I personally cant see what the issue would be in you sharing older versions, however seemed to think in a post a couple of months back when this subject was raised that somebody else did this in the past and Mobirise made them shut down the post is in this thread: I asked mbr to let me proceed as this is not my software. It seems thy always want to force users to the latest version. I just wish MR provuded links to earlier versions, at least the last 6 months worth say. Buy if you have a hosting dervishes with lots of spare space then you can hold several versions at once if you wish. I don't have the spare space on my shared hosted web service to load more than one at a time and then quickly remove it. If you create a ftp site and give me a temporary guest login to a specific directory I can upload all Windows versions (full installer, not stub installer) from 4.11.6 if you want. I could get a domain, upload all the versions and keep a history updated.
